The Cleaner.

The second product, known as SODIUM HYDROXIDE, is an excellent degreaser-detergent. With a pH of about 11.3, this alkaline product is a natural, safe cleaning agent that quickly breaks down stubborn oils, proteins and harmful biofilms. Fantastic as a grease-cutter and as a replacement for dishwashing detergents, it is a very good product for large kitchen settings.

Like the sanitizer, the product may leave a light film noticeable on mirrors or windows,  making it less suitable for customer-facing applications.
